LogixHealth Revenue Cycle Account Manager in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role:
As an Account Manager at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to provide cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to oversee and manage client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong technological skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience in third-party billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively assist practice administrators by providing guidance on current and future challenges
Liaison with collection agencies
Oversee AR, including review of monthly profile analysis reports and monthly executive summaries
Collaborate with Follow Up/Teams Leads to ensure specific issues, projects or problems are being resolved
Review letters of hardships and take appropriate action
Present pertinent information in client meetings and maintain organized, up-to-date and complete client files
Qualifications:

Required:
Minimum of five (5) years third party billing experience
Possesses strong computer skills, the ability to learn new and existing software and the ability to understand capabilities, limitations and integrations within the entire infrastructure of the company
Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Healthcare industry knowledge
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Client-facing experience
