Job Description

Youll be the go-to designer on the team, taking ownership of every detail and setting the standard for design excellence in a complex, Enterprise-focused space. Youll tackle challenging and high-impact projects, confidently applying your knowledge and craft. Youll continuously push the boundaries of design, exploring new ideas and approaches.

We enable teams through Digital Product Design obsessing efficient workflows with data, insights and automation. As a key member of this team, youll report into the Design Director of Enterprise Capabilities

Skills and Requirements

5-7+ years of UI/UX Design supporting large-scale/ enterprise technology products

Experience with modern design productivity, workflow, and research tools (Figma, Jira, Miro, Asana, Adobe C, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Pendo, etc.)

Experience working with Agile software-development processes

* Candidates must be able to provide work samples/ portfolio to share with the client! Experience with data grids/ data tables/ high density data

Experience working within 3rd party integrator design constraints (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)

Experience in UX facilitation and leading Design Thinking workshops

Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS, JS/REACT/VUE, etc.) null
