Nike Senior Project Coordinator, Global Transformation, Organizational Strategy & Culture in Beaverton, Oregon

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Reporting to our Senior Director, Organization Development & Practices, you will be part of a global Transformation Org Strategy & Culture (TOC) team. To accomplish your work, you will collaborate closely with TOC teammates, Nike’s Acceleration Office (NAO) partners including strategy, program, and change management, as well as HR Business Partners (BHR).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. Transformation, Org Strategy & Culture (TOC) is a within NIKE, Inc. specializing in driving transformation and strategic alignment. The Senior Project Coordinator oversees TOC's rhythm of business, ensuring the workflow, planning, and execution of projects is captured and communicated to the TOC leadership team and squad captains (i.e., project leads).

  • Bachelor's Degree or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and training.

  • 5 years of professional coordination and organization experience; self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.

  • Demonstrated skills supporting leaders in their efforts to drive projects from conception through implementation.

  • Aptitude in collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication, including an ability to clearly connect with team members at all levels of the organization.

  • Confidence and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and complexity in a dynamic, results oriented environment.

  • Basic problem-solving skills.

  • Solid verbal and written communications, organization and presentation skills

  • Expertise with Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Experience w Smartsheet or other project management technology platforms, is strongly desired.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Senior Project Coordinator for TOC, you will:

  • Oversee TOC's rhythm of business, ensuring critical business rhythms and projects are captured and effectively communicated to the squad captains and the TOC leadership team

  • Maintain project portfolio calendar including project schedules and publishing to the team.

  • Own the monthly portfolio review, prioritization, and capacity planning processes

  • Assist in tracking scope changes and preparing new requests for prioritization

  • Identify and track cross project dependencies and impacts; communicate issues and provide solutions

  • Capture and maintain issues that need to be addressed across the Program

  • Assist in scheduling team meetings, leader/sponsor reviews, and regular project meetings

  • Support and execute special team activities aimed at aligning the team and accelerating our work, including team off-sites and on-sites

  • Initiate and drive additional activities needed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of TOC, including building and executing integrated roadmaps and coordinating stakeholder engagement

  • Attend program and team meetings and take meeting notes. Distribute meeting notes withing team and cross-functions as required

  • Create and maintain project document file storage, access, and ongoing knowledge management

  • Assist project teams in distributing project materials for project team meetings, business reviews, and key leaders
