This posting is for 2 positions within the APLA DSM Performance Operations team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to manage performance across hero Demand & Supply Management (DSM) KPI’s for our Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Geography.

The person were looking for is able to leverage analysis and storytelling skills to drive data-driven imsights and recommendations on key business decisions. The successful candidate demonstrates curiosity, is proactive, and enjoys collaborating with others to influence decisions. They will have the ability to communicate effectively to audiences across different levels and functions of the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Drives analysis and scenario modeling to support key business decisions

  • Creates and communicates storylines, partnering with Functional DSM teams to contextualize business reporting

  • Partners with Global DSM Performance Operations Team to provide insights and storytelling around key business results and future plans / forecasts

  • Creates and populates templates that will drive the agenda and storyline for DSM Leadership Teams

  • Standardizes DSM metrics, definitions and calculations to drive consistency in planning processes

  • Develops reporting standards and guardrails, prioritizes reporting backlog, and prototypes reporting tools

  • Leads research, methodology definitions, & requirements of new metrics, in partnership with Global and other Geographies

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role is part of our Enterprise Business Planning & Performance Operations team within APLA DSM. You will be working closely with Global and Geo DSM partners, as well as multiple cross-functional partners across Consumer x Marketplace Teams, Finance, Marketplace Operations, Insights & Analytics, among others.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, IF, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, Charts, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to manipulate data, identify trends, simplify complex data, visualize trade-offs and make impactful recommendations grounded in data.

  • Effective storytelling with data. Ability to distill complex data into high level themes for executive audiences

  • Thorough understanding of Demand and Supply functions, ways of working and activities

  • Foundational retail knowledge including Stock & Sales Metrics

  • Effective and collaborative leader and cross functional partner

  • Self-starter, motivated and proactive in setting direction and making recommendations. Deals with ambiguity by proactively creating clarity instead of waiting for others to provide direction.

  • Takes the Initiative to proactively identify business opportunities and new processes connecting the dots between details & execution and strategic impacts.

  • Preferred – Experience with SQL and visualization tools (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3-5 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs
