Randstad is working with a client in Beaverton, Oregon on a contract Sales and Customer Support - Account Operations opportunity. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development in alignment with the commercial strategy.

Operations & Supply Chain Integration:

• Lead the integration of operations and supply chain functions (e.g., order management, deliveries, value-added services) into the overall customer management process.

• Oversee the entire customer lifecycle from strategic planning to in-season execution.

Operational Planning & Execution:

• Collaborate with teams and customers to develop and execute mutually-agreed operations plans.

• Act as the customer advocate, influencing internal teams to enhance service offerings and operational capabilities.

Capability Implementation:

• Manage the implementation of operational capabilities and services with key customers, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements (SLAs) from both the client and customer perspectives, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and operational efficiency.
