ManpowerGroup Project Manager in Beaverton, Oregon

Our client, a world-renowned cleanroom product manufacturer is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising a team within a customer centric production/operations environment. This PM will be working on premise of a client site and be charged with managing a team of Maintenance Technicians and Inventory Coordinators.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon

Salary: $65,000-$80,000

What’s the Job?

  • Managing a team, onsite at a client site

  • Serve as liaison between client leadership, corporate leadership and cross functional departments

  • Effectively manage project deliverables with specified timelines with attention to quality and client satisfaction

  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, improve operational efficiencies, conduct routine audits

  • Safety compliance and labor law enforcement with employees

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5-years onsite project management at a client facility

  • Demonstrates effective people leadership, ability to hire, train and mentor

  • Continuous improvement and executing quality assurance processes

  • Payroll processing and timekeeping experience

  • Advanced technical proficiencies with ERP systems, MS Office Suite
