Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work for a large retailer in Beaverton, OR. The project involves managing and optimizing the ordering processes for EYBL and EYBL teams, including defining workflows and creating organizational tools. It also includes overseeing and executing orders for contracted high schools & managing all product for partner camps, while developing templates to ensure efficient tracking and organization of all orders and related workflows.

This person will:

Lead and manage the product assortment and ordering process for EYBL teams (boys and girls), ensuring seamless execution and delivery. (February to August)

Create and document a clear process to support EYBL teams with their ordering needs.

Build templates to effectively track and organize EBL workflows.

Skills and Requirements

• Understands high school spots culture, grass roots basketball boys and girls teams, and how the season/products/games work.

• High attention to detail, very organized, project coordinator mindset

• Excel, Keynote, can document their processes

• Self starter, asks questions, motivated to solve problems, good attitude - Experience as an equipment manager, understands high school space, has managed sport events

• Experience ordering equipment with ServiceNow or similar ordering systems null
