Nike Lead Functional Tech Analyst - Allocation Planning (Remote Option*) in Beaverton, Oregon
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Planning, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of software product management with ERP, PLANNING, or related field.
3+ years of PLANNING applications JustEnough, o9, SAP APO, SAP AFS, SAP Fashion preferred, configuration and reporting.
Building and delivering data integration.
Ability to collaborate with business leaders and elicit and document requirements.
Ability to work with Engineering teams to build functional specs into a working tech solution to meet business requirement.
Knowledge of system integration technologies i.e., Amazon Web Services (AWS) & API’s. Proficient with data integration with ERP.
Flexible, accountable, detailed, able to work in ambiguity.
Be a driver, ensuring work is completed of high quality and well-coordinated with upstream and downstream dependent teams.
Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting).
*Remote Work Option – Open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $131,000 to $285,000. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a dynamic reinvention of the way Nike does business. The SEC TECH DSM Lead Analyst will report to the Director of SEC Technology Allocation Planning and be responsible for delivering planning related applications focused on Allocations & Replenishment, but also bridging into Optimization & Retail Pricing. You work directly with business users to understand business needs and drive overall design, partner with Business Capability Process Experts to assist in evaluation of Solution options and ensure Solution Design achieves intended business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
Driving the future design, development, and prioritization of features for the Allocation Planning capability for SEC in support of Nike's global business.
Partner with other SEC capability, DSM Product & Engineering teams to deliver E2E Solutions for Nike Direct Planning capabilities.
Anticipate the needs of our business, collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, and act as the voice of our customers.
Positive Partnership with preferred IT services vendors and other Nike Technology and integration teams to design and develop new capabilities.
Serve as an escalation point and a domain expert to resolve business critical issues when needed.
Ensure standards, processes, and policies are followed. Apply global process standards to regional technology solutions.
Frequently provide feedback on the Product Roadmap; actively identify shortcomings and constraints; coordinate with dependent teams; develop solutions that are risk tolerant.
Prioritize and make trade-offs based on an understanding of strategies, budget, epics, enabler requirements, defects, dependent teams, goals and the value features and stories bring to customers and the business
Presentation, influence, and interpersonal skills are critical as you will be responsible for presenting process and solution designs to multi-functional teams and senior leadership.
Indirect leadership of resources in a matrixed environment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This GAME CHANGER needs to be a strong technology leader with the ability to balance multiple priorities, have excellent analytical skills and focus on value to the consumer.
Expertise in designing large-scale solutions across programs, products, architecture, and engineering teams.
Understanding of enterprise business capabilities and industry technology solutions and build positive partnerships across organization, department, and geographic boundaries.
Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies – SAFe, Agile, SCRUM, etc. SAP experience is a plus.
Experience leading an outstanding team of analysts and having experience with Planning applications and solid analytics capability are preferred.
