The function of this position is the set up and operation of hardware installation equipment, following print specifications and written and/or verbal instructions. \' The Employee is responsible for the safe and efficient set up and operation of all hardware installation equipment. \' Responsible for meeting production quality standards, set up requirements and run times. \' Responsible for providing timely notification to supervisor of delays, equipment problems, and inability to meet required set up or run times. \' Keep work area clean and organized, and perform routine maintenance on department tools and equipment. \' Responsible for accurate completion of job related paperwork. \' Responsible for following all company policies and safety rules and reporting any safety, procedure or quality concerns to the Operations Manager and/or COO. \' Prepare documentation necessary for set up sheets as needed. \' Monitor the quality of work performed during production runs and report any problems to their supervisor. \' Assist with the set up and operation of prototype production jobs, with little or no supervision. \' Keep work area clean and organized. \' Assist with training of other employees in the hardware department and complete other tasks as requested by the Operations Manager and/or COO.
