WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As the North America Brand Voice Expert, you will help build the voice that expresses the heart and soul of the Nike brand and energizes our key athletes, products and services. You will drive and champion big ideas from brief to concepts through to execution, ensuring creative excellence every step of the way.
A critical role of the Brand Voice Expert will be to navigate the Nike Matrix in order to effectively integrate the Nike Voice into the Nike marketing offense. This role will partner closely across Nike Digital, Media, Brand, Retail and Social teams to develop briefs that lead to unique and compelling expressions to our consumers end-to-end. This role will ensure the overarching creative vision remains intact from ideation to execution across all relevant and valuable marketing channels and translates to tangible/measurable results. You will also serve as a critical connection point within the North America Brand Network collaborating and connecting with the global and city teams while building strong day-today relationships with key functional, agency, creative and production partners.

You proactively learn new skills and stay abreast of technical and digital developments and successfully apply these to work practices. You’ll share this knowledge with the wider design community and work with them to ensure continuity across our initiatives and projects.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will report to the Sr Director of North America Brand Voice, but day-to-day you will work closely with cross-functional and agency partners. You will also work directly with internal and external creatives – commissioning various work across multiple fields.
Within the broader Marketing organization, you will work closely with the Brand and Media teams to strategize and develop compelling briefs that lead to outstanding creative work which delivers against the desired outcomes. Aside from the day-to-day, you will get the opportunity to mentor and lead others within
your subject area, supporting their growth and development.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• A minimum of 10 years of creative experience in brand storytelling.
• A shown ability to lead and mentor others.
• A deep connection to sport, athletes and the culture that surrounds them.
• The ability to lead through influence and build positive coalitions working towards a shared goals.
• Validated experience leading brand and product marketing campaigns from brief, to
concept, to execution and implementation.
• Experience in leading agencies and internal partners to deliver high-caliber work.
• Great human and leadership skills that enable the team to grow. This includes a
strong ability to listen and empower the broader team.
• Great understanding of North American youth behavior.
• Ability to travel as needed.
