CLIENT SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER - eDiscovery Sector

Location: Remote (CST/PST)

Desired Start Date: October 14, 2024

Work Schedule: Mon—Fri, 9:00AM - 6:00PM CST

Training Schedule: 9:00AM - 6:00PM CST

OVERVIEW:

Adecco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Services Project Manager to join our team, supporting a client in the eDiscovery sector. This role demands comprehensive oversight of all project objectives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and consistent achievement of project milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client representatives, managing the service delivery relationship.

  • Client Satisfaction: Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.

  • Project Execution: Implement project forecasts and work schedules as set by the Sr. Project Manager or Client Services Manager.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all client and project requirements are met with the highest quality, maintaining regular communication with clients and internal partners.

  • Proactive Communication: Provide proactive updates to clients and address issues promptly, escalating to senior management when necessary.

  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed and up-to-date records on project status.

  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal teams, achieving project objectives with professionalism and quality.

  • Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor new hires and current employees.

  • Client Confidence: Instill confidence in clients, serving as the primary public face for high-quality service delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Solid understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support with 2+ years in project management at law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery providers.

  • Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent client relationship skills.

  • Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review.

  • Ability to manage all project aspects from planning to production, develop plans, balance client requirements, build relationships, and review financial/billing information timely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, JD or MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles in law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery providers.

Skills and Education:

  • PARALEGAL: Qualified by education or training to perform substantive legal work under attorney supervision.

  • CONTRACT ATTORNEY: Licensed attorney hired for specific tasks or periods.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Expertise in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects.

  • LAW FIRM: Experience in a business entity formed by lawyers to practice law.

  • eDISCOVERY: Proficiency in identifying, collecting, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) for legal purposes.

  • CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Strategies and technologies for managing interactions with current and potential customers.

  • DATABASE DESIGN & MANAGEMENT: Designing databases that store data efficiently while ensuring integrity.

  • DATA PROCESSING ACTIVITIES: Operations performed on data for retrieval and further use.

  • LEGAL DOCUMENT REVIEW: Examining documents relevant to ongoing litigation cases.

Pay Details: $57.97 to $72.47 per hour
