Purpose: Manage the Site by coaching and leading our operations team within the customers distribution center. Reports to: Regional Manager of Retail Service Operations Key Areas of Responsibility: Provide Safety Leadership across all Shifts a. Understand and advance the PTZ in the Facility b. Lead by example and promote Rehrigs Safety Culture c. Ensure there is Safety accountability within the location d. Work cross functionally with the Safety Team & Regional Operations Manager to ensure safety goals and programs are progressing e. Hit PTZ and injury rate goals set for RSO f. Understand, document, and share best Safety practices Provide a level of service that meets all customers expectations a. Understand and provide accountability for RSO Quality programs b. Work with the Quality Manager & Regional Operations Manager to implement corrective actions on any service failures at the location. c. Meet or exceed quality goals set forth for OnSite Operations d. Share best Quality practices Drive efficiency and cost reduction within the Onsite Facility a. Support efficiency metrics and continuously improve them b. Coach Supervisors on managing labor expenditures to production volumes c. Ensure L&OH cost targets established for the facility are met & maintained Support Cross Functional Programs and Initiatives a. Work with cross functional partners & Regional Operations Manager to support/implement RMS for the facility. b. Support HC programs that improve recruitment and retention within the Onsite Operation Understand and uphold the RPC Mission, Core Values, and Vision Qualifications: The ability to interact with and train a diverse group of personnel Excellent written and verbal skills 5+ years supervisory experience or education equivalence Ability to work cross functionally Rehrig Pacific Company is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
