Spectrum Comm Inc Cleared Intelligence Analyst in Beale Air Force Base, California
Spectrum is seeking highly qualified Intelligence Analyst to support our program located in Beale AFB, CA.
The contractor will play a crucial role in the U-2 MPC and 99 RS activities, providing invaluable analysis, advice, and technical expertise. They will take charge of managing and delivering specialized intelligence and threat analysis to ensure uninterrupted MPC operations that operate round the clock, every day of the year. Their key responsibilities encompass accessing and researching designated automated intelligence databases, identifying relevant information, downloading it to the appropriate medium, fine-tuning staff-produced content, and ensuring it adheres to the customer's specified format requirements.
Requirements
Knowledge of a wide range of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices. Ability to use multi-source intelligence information systems in order to develop intelligence capabilities and threat assessments, and to interpret policy and allocate resources accordingly.
Ability to maintain control of classified material, quickly analyze and synthesize disparate data, and provide knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implications of such data. Capable of making decisions, estimates, and recommendations under urgent and pressured conditions, based on mature judgment and experience. Proficient in effectively presenting and justifying positions.
Experience in the following: Air Operations Center operations, development of plans and requirements, ISR infrastructure, C2/C4ISR schema, intelligence, and the theory of operation for Multidomain Command and Control ('MDC2').
Active TS/SCI clearance is required
