Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Beachwood, Ohio

Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in BEACHWOOD, Ohio. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining records. The industry is fast-paced and requires an individual who can effectively multitask and handle administrative duties. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries

• Process credit applications for customers accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit and other relevant information

• Schedule appointments and manage event logistics, including registration and seating arrangements

• Assist in organizing and setting up meetings/events, ensuring all required materials are available

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive recordkeeping system and office procedures

• Communicate with the finance team to process check requests, reimbursements, vendor payments and other related items

• Sort, route, and distribute mail, ensuring that documents requiring signatures are turned around in a timely fashion

• Manage key components of major fundraising and outreach events, including registration, seating, and appropriate recognition

• Handle miscellaneous office duties such as ordering and organizing supplies as directed.

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently

• Experience in event planning and logistics

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• High level of professionalism and adherence to workplace policies and procedures

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
