Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our clients team located in BEACHWOOD, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in the accounting operations of the company, focusing primarily on the management of billing and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the billing process for one of the company divisions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, including the depositing of payments across departments

• Perform data entry tasks to keep customer records up to date and accurate

• Assist in the renewal processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is processed correctly

• Provide support in handling phone and in-person inquiries

• Facilitate the payment process

• Scan checks and prepare bank deposits in accordance to our financial procedures

• Collaborate with the Controller on reconciliation tasks to identify and correct any discrepancies

• Utilize industry-specific software, to streamline and automate processes where possible.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential for this role

• Demonstrated experience in Billing is required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are beneficial

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is important

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work is vital
