Job Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Freezer Order Selection Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the freezer order selection team. The position involves managing a team of order selectors in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders. This is a full-time position with a shift from Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm with a pay rate of $27 per hour
PLEASE NOTE-THIS IS NOT A TRAVEL TEAM POSITION-CANDIDATES MUST LIVE LOCAL.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in a grocery warehouse or distribution center setting as a supervisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a freezer environment
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of order selectors in the freezer department
Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely completion of orders
Train new team members on order selection procedures
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Communicate with other departments to coordinate order shipments
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
