Title: Supervisor Staffing Resource Office

Facility: BayCare Systems Office (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• The Supervisor Staffing Resource Office (SRO) & Data Analyst provides leadership and oversight for the Staffing Coordinators in the Staffing Resource Office (SRO) who are responsible for working with hospital nursing leadership to ensure the appropriate assignment of hospital staff to departments are adequately staffed to support the delivery of patient care.

• Creates and implements standardized processes and workflows in relation to SRO scheduling and system timekeeping initiatives.

• Provides IS technical support to the Kronos advanced scheduler system including back-end configuration, troubleshooting and support of end-users.

• Subject matter expert for Kronos Advanced Scheduler including SMS Quick-fill, Target Intelligence, Kronos tableau reporting and census dashboard.

• Works collaboratively with IS and nursing departments to ensure effective electronic scheduling platform.

• Trains and onboards applicable staff as system changes and upgrades occur which includes on-site visits as applicable.

• Representative and key contributor to workforce governance structures.

Experience:

• Required - 4 years using Kronos Work Scheduler

• Or - 2 years Systems Design/Implementation

• Or 3 years Systems Support and Analysis

Education:

• Required - High School or Equivalent

Location: Clearwater, FL

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Weekend Work: Occasional
