Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager of Capital Asset Planning/Construction in Process will oversee financial processes and reporting of eBuilder construction projects
Monitor the approval process for funding capital projects
Serve as the administrator for StrataJazz System
Complete Capital Forecast Reporting and Capital Cash Flow.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required experience includes 10 years of Capital Asset Management and/or Construction Finance/Job Costing with a minimum of 2 years of current management experience.
Bachelors Degree required
