Responsibilities:

• The Finance Manager of Capital Asset Planning/Construction in Process will oversee financial processes and reporting of eBuilder construction projects

• Monitor the approval process for funding capital projects

• Serve as the administrator for StrataJazz System

• Complete Capital Forecast Reporting and Capital Cash Flow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required experience includes 10 years of Capital Asset Management and/or Construction Finance/Job Costing with a minimum of 2 years of current management experience.

• Bachelors Degree required
