Supply Chain Planner
Job Description
Backlog management: To manage customer orders to ensure that they are fulfilled in a timely manner and work closely with various departments to prioritize orders based on urgency and customer requirements.
Supply chain planning: To align with BU on the demand forecast and work on assembly die kitting to ensure supply is able to meet customer demand.
DOI control: To maintain DOI which involves inventory management, and contribute efforts to reduce excess inventory.
Divisions revenue plan: To manage shipments to meet BU revenue plan
Customers OTD: To ensure customer orders are delivered on time by tracking delivery schedule, and identify any potential delays and communicate with respective team to ensure orders will be delivered on time.
Qualifications
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Experience: 2-5 years planning experience
Skill: Computer literature (Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point).
Strong analysis skills and ability to work in dynamic condition.
Proactive and passionate in planning field.
Fluent in English in both oral and written.
Posses strong problem solving, communicate and interpersonal skills.
