Staff Process Engineer

Location:

Renesas Electronics (Penang) Sdn Bhd

Phase 3, Bayan Lepas, Free Industrial Zone 11900 Penang Malaysia

Job Highlights:

• Collobration with BU on all advance and technology packaging

Job Summary:

NPI, packaging materials tube, tray, tape and reel materials design and qualification with AutoCad skillset.

Your New Roles:

• Coordinate with BU and program manager on NPI, tube, tray and tape/reel materials and carton box design and release.

• Coordinate on process standardization aross Renesas facility

• Coordinate on system standardization across Renesas BU

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Material Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Applied Sciences

• 3-5 years' experience in backend Process in Tube, Tray and packaging

• Following merits will be assessed in interviews: i) High sense of responsibility (ii) Able to work with people of all levels (iii) Able to work with minimal supervision (iv)Self-motivated and Self-disciplined.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially in English & Mandarin

• AutoCad skillset
