This is a job for a AVP - Finance - MS Gulf Coast position with a company located in the Bay Saint Louis, MS area.

Job Summary: This job is responsible for strategic vision long term planning, direction and overall accountability for system wide functions. Communicates and interprets organizational and departmental mission goals and objectives to all areas of responsibility. Provides leadership and direction in the planning, implementation, and evaluation activities of all areas of responsibility.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree inFinance or Accounting. Preferred: Master's degree.

Work Experience Required: 10 years experience in successfully managing financial operations, including 3 years' experience of Healthcare/Hospital and patient care delivery.

Certifications Preferred: CPA.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard. Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills including the ability to relate to executive. management, professionals and business and community leaders. Excellent leadership and self-direction. Excellent judgment in handling difficult situations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Professional attitude and ability to relate to executive management, professionals and business and community leaders. Exhibits excellent leadership and self-direction, good Judgment in handling difficult situations.

Job Duties: Ensures quality of care & patient satisfaction measured by division performance reviews, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy scores. Builds an engaged workforce through leadership, talent development and collaborative employee relationships. Oversees research, education & training to support cutting edge patient care and services. Ensures operational profitability with sound financial performance. Develops and achieves long-term strategic business plans through effective relationship building, communication, planning, and fundraising. Oversees the physical & technological infrastructure and develops organizational structures, programs, and processes cal & Technology Infrastructure. Other related duties as required.
