The Senior IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) role is a key role within Information Technology at WK Kellogg Co. A keen understanding of the challenges that face WK’s business and the ability to match enabling technologies and processes to meet those challenges is key to success. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new technologies and optimizing existing technology investments. BRMs not only understand the applications that support the business, but also know the best ways to build and support solutions within those technologies.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Develop the technology strategy that matches WK objectives and growth strategies.

• Facilitate the prioritization of projects, programs, and technology enhancements.

• Develop recommendations and business cases for new technology investments.

• Ensure support teams are in place (both internal and external) to deliver technology-based solutions.

• Negotiate with software vendors, managed service providers and contractors to deliver solutions.

• In partnership with Procurement, prepare RFPs, SOW’s, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for potential new technologies and solutions.

• Measure managed service performance and work closely to get the appropriate thought leadership from our external partners.

• Ensure that our strategic partners operate as an extension of the WK team and are acting in the best interests of the WK organization.

• Understand the full implications of application security and compliance ensuring that our People, Processes and Technologies are compliant and meet all relevant audit and cyber-security requirements.

• Manage budgets including operating costs for services as wells as capital investments to upgrade, refresh and extend our technology platforms.

  YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• 5+ years of IT and business/industry work experience.

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Strategic thinking and planning.

• Deep knowledge of systems and technology within designated area of responsibility.

• Ability to build and maintain successful relationships across stakeholders and the greater IT community.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly simple language.

• Skilled in prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-moving environment.

• Highly self-motivated and directed.

• Systems experience preferred: SAP, WinShuttle, TPM, High Radius, Stay in Front
