Job Title: Production Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and improve our production processes in a highly automated food and beverage manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise production staff and provide training and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and safety standards.
Manage and maintain production equipment, including conveyors, palletizers, packaging equipment, and large mixing silos.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize production workflows.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in production management.
Strong mechanical
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a highly automated environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
Familiarity with FDA regulations.
