As a Data Operations Senior Analyst, you will play an integral part in ensuring that WK Kellogg Co data assets are credible and available with development of policy and processes, measuring compliance, and enforcing standards. Bring your owner’s mindset and play a critical role to support the efficiency of the operations team. In this role, you will work cross functionally to play a key part in ensuring that our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is certified, reliable, and easily accessible. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Exercise Your EDI Expertise – We are looking for someone who has a passion for data accuracy! Using strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data in SAP and other applicable systems relative to all aspects of EDI data.

  • Through accurate and timely setup, maintenance, and rapidly changing priorities, you will enable and maximize business effectiveness across the company. Examples of this type of work includes (but is not limited to): validating and processing purchase orders through to invoicing.

  • Ensure upgrades and changes to SAP and EDI software function properly without impact to business operations.

  • Analyze EDI data to troubleshoot or optimize business processes and needs.

  • Manage implementation of new trading partner connections and industry requirements.

  • Influencing Systems Consistency, Accuracy, and Improvements – As a significant contributor you will ensure our internal and external customers’ and vendor requirements are met. This will be achieved by representing the team on project work as required by the business.

  • You will help drive consistency and accuracy through strong documentation and identifying process improvements.

  • This position is heavily relied on to standardize, simplify and automate processes while meeting all aspects of SOX 404 requirements.

  • Relationship Building – You will have a significant number of contacts and partners across the organization that will be important to your success. These relationships include, but are not limited to: Master Data, Data Governance, Logistics, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain and Order Management. Through collaboration and agility, you will be adding key value towards our business goals.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • 1-3 years’ experience focused on business and systems related to EDI required.

  • Analytical with strong attention for detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and detailed information to different audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience influencing key stakeholders.

  • Systems knowledge in technologies such as SAP, B2BI, Winshuttle and Excel preferred.
