Oracle Security and Controls practice in the Oracle consulting team is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and the Risk Management Cloud (RMC) products to our customers. Our growing customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development. We are looking for consultants who have in-depth Oracle ERP cloud security and Risk Management Cloud knowledge.

Work as a team lead to successfully implement security and risk management products across Oracle cloud ERP and HCM. The ideal candidate would mentor and train new analysts, oversee security and RMC implementations, identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, come up with innovative solutions to handle customer requirements, and ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc)

• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable

• Strong analytical skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of RMC implementation experience and a detailed understanding of ERP and HCM security. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $35.29 to $61.88 per hour; from $73,400 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
