Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role supports the production team as the mechanical expert in a millwright type of responsibility, ensuring that production and support equipment are functioning properly. The successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance procedures on motors, conveyor systems, filling equipment, and other industrial machinery or facilities needs. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, making repairs or adjustments as needed. Basic electrical duties are also part of this role, including replacing motors, switches, and PEs, with the support of an industrial electrician or PLC programmer for complex situations. You will also perform package changeovers on lines as required, support the team on all aspects of the operation, train team members on mechanical processes, and focus on continuous improvement. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards is a priority. This role operates on the 3rd shift from 8pm-6am.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
