Infant, Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant- $20.65- $21.00Pro Action’s Child Care Council is seeking an Infant, Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (IECMHC) to provide training, consultation, coaching, and mentoring to childcare providers, teaching staff, directors, and parents.The MHC will assist with promoting responsive and positive relationships and social emotional behavioral health. Ensure developmentally appropriate practices within childcare and home settings to support children’s healthy social-emotional (SE) development. RequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, Behavioral Science, or therapy related fields is required. Three to 5 years of experience working in an environment supporting children from birth through age 5 and their caregivers is preferred. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, have excellent organization skills and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. The candidate must have a driver’s license, meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
