ACTIVELY HIRING: Hybrid Mechanical Engineer (1-3+ Year)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team and support the resolution of quality defects within product manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and addressing quality issues to ensure our products meet the highest standards of excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. This will be a hybrid role with 2 days off-site on Mondays & Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Perform tolerance stackups to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Implement design changes for product components (training will be provided).

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.

• Troubleshoot production line problems and address production and assembly issues.

• Utilize SolidEdge, Inventus, and Teamcenter software for various engineering tasks.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 1-3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.

• Experience running tolerance stackups.

• Experience running design changes.

• Proficiency with SolidEdge and Inventus.

• Mechanical engineering and design skills.

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

Onsite manufacturing environment working with the sustaining engineering team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days off-site Mondays & Fridays

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
