TheVice President of Home and Personal Care Saleswill develop sales strategies and execution plans to achieve annual revenue and profit goals, will lead the HPC sales team, and manage the selling activities of the group, sales team development and resource allocation. This is a remote position that is expected to work Eastern/Central time zone business hours. Why work at MCC: Compensation: Competitive Compensation Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays Responsibilities: Direct responsibility for the Revenue growth, profitability for all HPC sales in the Americas Set the strategic direction and growth strategy for HPC in N.A. and support the same for ROW Hire, train and direct activities of 11 direct reports, set individual performance goals of sales team members. Establish and maintain key relationships with cross functional leaders and executives with customer. Develop and implement strategic growth plans to achieve corporate goals. Review individual and team sales funnel performance, increasing overall pipeline size, win rate, and velocity through the sales process. Develop strong understanding of MCC end markets to effectively access individual customer needs and incorporate knowledge into sales strategies. Direct business development activity and coordinate appropriate coverage for both current and prospective customers by establishing account assignments, sales territories, quotas, and goals. Meet with key clients to assist sales representatives and foster customer relationships. Create and deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives. Develop customer-pricing strategies to optimize sales conversions in a manner consistent with corporate financial goals. Negotiate large-scale sales opportunities and long-term supply agreements. Review monthly revenue and profit results and provide summary analysis to executive team. Develop annual sales forecast and budget for each sales team member and customer within group. Recruit, hire, and develop new salespeople to maintain a strong bench and promote future growth. Promote personnel development through daily engagement, periodic business reviews, and formal annual performance reviews. Coordinate sales activities with other MCC departments Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition and other related packaging suppliers. Recommend ideas for capital investment and R&D efforts. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 8-10 years proven work experience in outside sales management. Well versed in Salesforce CRM, SFDC and Office 365. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with HPC print and/or packaging industry, preferred. Must be able to travel up to 50%. Must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
