Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Service Now Developer to join an ITSM BSS ServiceNow team within a global enterprise communications and technology company. The goal of this team is to create new applications within ServiceNow, integrate the platform with others in the organizations utilizing APIs, and design strategy surrounding data modeling and automation. This Agile team hosts regular Scum meetings, and this person will be an active participant, as they will be working in a matrixed environment and responsible for cross functional updates and status. They should come from an enterprise background and have completed several successful end-to-end ServiceNow projects. Since this will be a senior role, we are leaning on this person to bring their expertise to the team and adjust strategy with the chief solutions architects, work hands-on the development and coding of the platform, provide professional and elevated recommendations based on their knowledge in the space. In order to be successful, this person should come from a telecommunications background, preferably working on an enterprise B2B team. Similarly, they will have experience managing multiple projects and programs to ensure high-quality delivery and excellent customer service. They will have a development background and data reporting. Experience with RPA is highly preferred. This is a remote role.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience creating strategy and development for ServiceNow platforms in global enterprise environments

Expert in telecom/ITSM ServiceNow structure, design, and interactions

5+ years of experience supporting implementation, administration, and configuration of new applications on ServiceNow

Previous successes integrating ServiceNow platform(s) into enterprise environments and other platforms and systems using APIs

Diverse exposure to Agile technology solutioning for ServiceNow

Excellently organized, professional, and communicative Previous experience with RPA for unstructured data

Previous experience on a data warehouse team utilizing ITSM ServiceNow null
