What you'll be doing...The Program Management Consultant will be responsible for the ongoing management and administration of Verizon's myAccess offers, a customer rewards and engagement platform. This includes managing the day-to-day process of getting reward offers loaded into the app under strict deadlines. This will require partnering with internal creative, sponsorship, and experiential stakeholders as well as external vendors and partners that support the program. You will work both individually and with the Sponsorships and Experiential leads to guide the process into action, scheduling, and planning of content assets, estimating cost, and supporting various myAccess projects to completion.
You will also be responsible for supporting customer communications pertaining to award redemption and fulfillment and preparing regular and impromptu reporting of redemption and utilization. Additionally, you may assist with the exploration of new assets to be included in the myAccess platform.
You will report to our Sr. Manager of Experiential Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day data input and operations with asset management systems (TicketManager) on sports & entertainment ticket allocations, fulfillment, and asset reporting company-wide.
Work closely with Sponsorship to ensure all assets are delivered according to contractual obligations.
Prepare regular reports on ticket utilization and attendance; and partner with HR/Compliance on audits, as needed.
Communicate logistics for asset usage within myAccess rewards and, where applicable, consumer events and corporate hospitality programs.
Monitor myAccess rewards Escalations with the Kobie Call Center.
myAccess offer creation and Kobie submission and QA/QC of offer submissions to identify any issues.
Oversight of the creative submission process with CMG for myAccess Rewards (tracking aggressive timelines and deliverables).
Communication/tracking of timelines for key deliverables.
Develop End of Year reports for VLC, or other Verizon leadership as needed.
Provide day-to-day support to ticket requestors across the enterprise.
Communicate pertinent details to customers regarding their super ticket reward.
Handle customer escalations and questions with the Kobie Care Team, inclusive of resolution management.
Provide regular reporting on the Local Pass (formerly Super Ticket) program and operations, including engagements, care escalations, and claims.
Asset allocation across all properties (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, Music, and over 2,500+ annual tickets).
Working regularly with VBG and VCG on ticket/hospitality allocation and management.
Ensure All Assets are utilized.
Ticket System Management (TicketManager) and reporting.
Oversight of catering for all suite usage across Sports, Music, and Entertainment.
Manage Super Ticket offers submissions inclusive of creative, release schedule, UAT, and targeting criteria.
Manage aggressive timelines and deliverables to ensure Local Pass rewards are executed successfully in MVA and MVO.
Ensure "best in class" experiences by leveraging Verizon's sports, music, and entertainment partnerships and incremental assets to delight customers and increase brand sentiment.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in data entry.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Ethical standards; clear and transparent communication.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in project management and/or agency/vendor management.
Experience with Telecom or Technology.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $90,000.00 and $166,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
