"Our client is a full-service ad agency seeking an Account Supervisor with Healthcare client experience to join the team full-time. To be considered, you must have agency experience working with healthcare/pharma clients.This hybrid role will require going onsite 2-3 days/week (Tues and Thurs, 3rd day TBD). The office is easily commutable by train.The Account Supervisor will:- Interface with healthcare/pharma clients directly and regularly provide updates on projects- Create and execute patient healthcare marketing strategies, such as patient outreach, digital campaigns, awareness initiatives and provider communications- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams and manage account on a daily basis- Effectively lead clients through planning sessions- Maintain a strong relationship with clients and gain deep understanding of their business objectives- Identify opportunities to grow relationships- Define scope of projects to creative teams and clients- Provide recommendations based on campaign performance analytics- Coordinate with legal teams and ensure all marketing projects are compliant with healthcare regulationsThe Account Supervisor must have:- 5 years of client relationship/account management experience within an ad agency, including at least 3 years of experience working with healthcare/pharma clients- Experience in digital strategy- Experience managing budgets and billingBonus:- Knowledge of emerging martech- Experience with platforms such as Teams, Basecamp and VeevaIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
