As part of a dynamic and challenging Finance organization, you will help some of the world's biggest enterprises do business smarter. Joining a team that collaborates and provides solutions - you'll be doing more than just working the numbers. You will be given responsibilities for key components for the entire credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses.

In this role, you may have the opportunity to:

  • Create, analyze and interpret reports for managers providing recommendations to guide business decisions.

  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and controls, and with external regulations.

  • Identify improvement opportunities for your work stream and work closely with either the internal team or service providers to enable the implementation of improvement opportunities.

  • Assist in assessing the services delivered by the service providers and validating that performance metrics established by service level agreements are met as applicable.

  • Manage, evaluate and maintain credit policies for consumer credit worthiness.

  • Evaluate and monitor scoring models to ensure that they are empirically derived, statistically sound including credit scorecard validation and redevelopment.

  • Perform Consumer and Business Credit Screening Strategy Development, Deployment, and Analysis.

  • Perform Business Intelligence and Data Analysis, Descriptive Statistics and Performance Validation of existing and potential Credit Strategies.

  • Support empirically derived predictive model development and life cycle.

  • Ad-hoc reporting, tracking and trending, and predictive measures using commonly used statistical measures.

You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.

You'll need to have:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Business IT, Statistics, Math or related major at an accredited college or university with an expected completion date between December 2024 and June 2025.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

  • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

  • Experience or knowledge of the following: data querying and analytics, record reconciliation, SQL.

  • Creating queries and reporting tools.

  • Experience working with financial, accounting and credit support systems.

  • Strong written and oral communications skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and interpret credit performance metrics.

  • Knowledge of statistical credit modeling methodologies.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
