BayCare is looking for its newest Critical Care , Charge Nurse in Bartow, FL. The ICU Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

Qualifications:

Licensure & Certification:

• RN license is required

• BLS and ACLS is required

Education:

• BSN or BS Healthcare related field or an RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire is required

Experience:

• 18 months comparable nursing practice experience is required

• 1 year of leadership experience is preferred

Schedule: Varies

Shift: Days

Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Weekend Work: Every Other

On Call: No
