Description

We are seeking a Product Knowledge Specialist to join our team in Bartlett, Illinois. This role involves overseeing the customer education process, developing content, creating support documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align training content with product updates and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer education process from onboarding to continuous learning

• Ensure educational programs, processes, and content materials are up-to-date, accessible, relevant, and effective for various customer segments

• Develop, design, and maintain e-learning courses using various platforms

• Regularly update training materials to reflect product changes, partner platform changes, and customer feedback

• Develop and manage support documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, and Sales teams to gather insights and align training content with product updates and customer needs

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using relevant metrics and feedback

• Understand, educate, and keep up to date our product as it relates to third party products

• Ensure all support materials are clear, concise, functional, and easily accessible to customers

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align training content with product updates and customer needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Product Knowledge Specialist or related field

• Proven experience in conducting Education Sessions and Education management activities

• Proficiency in End User Training, including the creation and execution of comprehensive training programs

• Experience in creating, maintaining, and updating Documentation related to product knowledge and training materials

• Ability to develop and implement Learning and development strategies tailored to the needs of the organization

• Experience in providing Educational Assistance to team members and stakeholders

• Proven track record in Process Improvement, with a focus on enhancing product knowledge and training efficiency

• Proficient in Instructional Design and Instructional Systems Design, with the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials

• Experience in creating and utilizing Instructional Material in various formats, including print, digital and multimedia

• Ability to create Instructional Videos to enhance understanding and retention of product knowledge

• Must be able to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex product knowledge in an understandable and engaging manner

• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address gaps in product knowledge and training.
