The Bartlesville Office of Oklahoma Child Support Services is seeking a Child Support Specialist I. The person in this position will manage an enforcement or establishment caseload and be responsible to review and initiate establishment / enforcement actions, prepare legal pleadings for administrative and district court, conduct settlement conferences, prepare arrears calculations, and assist with walk-ins and telephone calls. A basic knowledge of computer usage and software is required, including Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Word. The ideal candidate must have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with others, and handle confidential and sensitive work with professionalism and discretion. This position involves work in the Child Support Office as well as teleworking. Training for this position will be done in person. Once Child Support Specialist is fully trained, remote work will be 1-3 days per week. Work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
