We are in the search for a diligent Data Entry Clerk to be a part of our team located in Bardstown, Kentucky, 40004, United States. As a Data Entry Clerk, your main role will revolve around maintaining the accuracy of our database, handling customer inquiries, and managing customer credit applications. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and precise data entry of customer credit applications.

• Handle customer inquiries with excellent customer service.

• Maintain and organize files systematically.

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for data management and correspondence.

• Perform calculations as part of processing customer credit applications.

• Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Handle scanning tasks as required.

• Utilize 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks.

• Enter and manage work orders, ensuring accuracy.

• Oversee the cleaning of cable boxes and handle related data entry tasks.

THIS POSITION IS PART TIME 15-20 HOURS WEEKLY

Requirements

• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required.

• Strong Customer Service skills are essential.

• Must possess strong Data Entry capabilities.

• Knowledge of Email Correspondence is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.

• Experience with Organizing Files is necessary.

• Ability to Perform Calculations is required.

• Experience with Scanning is necessary.

• Typing skills are essential.
