As a Salesforce Solution Lead/Architect, you lead Salesforce workstreams in complex enterprise landscape, partnering with key collaborators to drive and achieve the vision while completing key deliverables. You serve as hands-on advisors, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and technical knowledge, Salesforce platform knowledge, HLS industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of Sanofi CHC business to deliver return on investment

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and technical teams to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.

• Support all Salesforce CG Cloud design and architecture and review solutions and recommending improvements,

• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project and own the design of Salesforce CG stream and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.

• Work with the release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes,

• Provide guidance on user story writing style and ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined by the PO for each User story.

• Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications and ensure functional documentation is up do date.

• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce POs,

• Collaborate with cross-CoE teams, including Delivery, Product, Testing, Architecture, Support to ensure alignment and integration of new features or processes within Salesforce solutions and collaborative project and workstream planning.

About you

Experience

At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects,. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,

Minimum Salesforce certified:

o Administrator

o Sales Cloud Consultant

o Service Cloud Consultant

o Experience Cloud Consultant

o B2B Commerce Architect

o Platform App Builder

o Consumer Good Accredited Professional

Really good to have:

o System Architect

o Application Architect

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude and excellent relationship-building skills.

• Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions and ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.

• A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams

• Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence

• A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy

• Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals.
