Product Owner e.Overall Equipment Effectiveness

Job Purpose:

As the Product Owner for the e.OEE digital product, you will play a pivotal role in the Sanofi Factory 4.0 digitalization journey. Your main objective is to lead the development and deployment of a robust and maintainable product that enhances the manufacturing assets' Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This includes increasing monitoring performance, data accuracy, problem-solving capabilities, responsiveness, and time savings. You will act as a mini-CEO, defining product strategy, planning roadmaps, driving delivery, and measuring business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the e.OEE product from a strategic perspective, defining and communicating the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Inspire the team with a unique vision, ensuring the product's vision is up to date and aligned with business needs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and senior stakeholders.

• Prioritize backlog items, create requirements and user stories, and ensure incremental value delivery with each release.

• Support integration with other systems related to the manufacturing domain and ensure compliance with Sanofi standards and regulations.

• Support the product lifecycle, including incident escalation, maintenance, and deployments at sites.

• Manage system operations with support partners and ensure system compliance with formal procedures and reporting duties.

Profile:

• Proven knowledge in manufacturing operations, particularly in equipment effectiveness principles and performance measurement.

• Strong drive and ability to build digital products from vision to delivery.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing digital architectures, processes, and tools.

• Excellent communication and presenting skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome roadblocks in complex environments.

• Experience in product management or building complex digital solutions, with a focus on manufacturing or shop floor operations.

Terms of Employment:

• Collaboration in a global and agile environment with international business and digital teams, involving multiple stakeholders.

• English is the usual working language.

• Regular business trips to digital or industrial sites are required.

• Work within structured environments with formal procedures, compliance rules, and reporting duties.
