We are currently seeking a Creation/App Lab Supervisor (Level 2) who really enjoys engaging with laboratory activities. The successful candidate will be responsiblemanage our fragrance compounding and application team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of fragrance oils and applications in compliance with global standards.

Your key responsibilities

Management

  • Prioritizes the fragrance compounding & application requests with requestors

  • Allocates in a balanced way and regulates the workload of the team of technicians

  • Delivers fragrance oils & applications as per the service level agreements, the business priorities, the due delivery dates, the global best practice and quality standards, the Corporate QHSS&E rules, the good laboratory practice and using the global digital tools

  • Prepares fragrance oils and application samples as needed; Generates reports to manage raw materials and lab supplies stocks

    Leadership

  • Trains junior technicians on fragrance compounding and application operations as per the global best practice

  • Actively participates in the Global Lab services cross regional initiatives

    QHSS&E

  • Ensures compliance with all QHS&E procedures and proactively contributes to the improvement of heath, safety and quality standards

  • Ensures the laboratory is clean and well organized; Ensures all samples produced meet the quality standards as per the global SOPs before releasing the samples

  • Manages non conformance cases, proposes, tests solutions and solves the issues

    Continuous improvement and efficiency

  • Adopts a culture of continuous improvement

  • Identifies problems, analyzes possible causes and suggests improvements with methods, techniques and equipment.

  • Proposes and leads LEAN projects after validation with the manager

  • Deploys locally global SOP's and best practices

  • Operates with a team spirit mindset and supports the colleagues under high workload situations

    You bring

  • At least a bachelor degree in relevant studies

  • Min 3 years experience in a compouding/application lab

  • High level of ownership and rigor

  • Willingness to learn new things, grow and develop.

  • You are accurate, result-driven, flexible, and a team-player.

  • Good knowledge of English and Spanish
