Schedule: 2nd shift Pay: $19/hr. Be responsible for changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, assembling shelving, setting up conference rooms, and delivering packages. Performs minor building repairs, including replacing ceiling tiles, patching drywall, painting, and handling basic plumbing and electrical tasks. Assists Maintenance Mechanics and may help with groundskeeping, snow removal, and other incidental tasks as needed. Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma and two or more years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience. Must have business experience and be trained and certified to operate a forklift. Strong language skills, including the ability to read, interpret, and write documents, and communicate effectively with groups. Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to understand and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
