Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor reporting related to Customer Backorders and Purchasing Triage Report.
  • Prepare Supplier Rebate Reports on monthly basis for multiple vendors.
  • Support Analytics Team with tracking Metrics and KPI's for continuous improvement.
  • Update Item Master Maintenance fields related to descriptions, cross references, assigned buyer and category manager, Catalog Pages, Country of Origin, Weights, Hazmat Codes, BOGO's, etc.
  • Create new part numbers in JDE as they are requested by Category Managers or Order Management Team.
  • Maintain and upload Item Class Changes as requested by appropriate parties.
  • Help implement Unit of Measure Corrections as they are needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues with ERP Data Settings as they arise.
  • Create Bills of Material (BOM) for Myers Manufactured Items as they are needed.
  • Identify opportunities for new reporting or processes to better efficiency.
  • 7.3 Updates - Create Part Numbers as needed requested by International Department.
  • Update harmonization classifications for export.
  • Ability to analyze, research, and validate data is complete and accurate.
  • Ability to be cross functional and collaborate with other Departments.
  • Other duties and reporting information assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Microsoft Office Suite - Must be Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience in Qlikview - Data Analytics Software - preferred
  • Time Management
  • Multitasking
  • Detail Oriented

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred - Business Admin, Accounting, Finance.
  • As an alternative, at least 2-3 years of related experience.
  • 5+ years' experience or relevant work experience (i.e., internships, summer positions, etc.)
  • JD Edwards / ERP knowledge
