Title: SAS - Problem Manager

Grade: 9

Location: Belgarde, SRB

As a Problem Manager you will work throughout the entire Walmart organization, owning analysis of incident trends, identifying, and investigating incidents, and determining where problem-solving efforts will realize the biggest benefits for customers, internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for identifying and capturing problems within the organization.

  • Provide on time, meaningful and high-quality reports with detailed analysis targeted at the right audience.

  • Participate in the Continual Improvement program across relevant process areas.

  • Provide input to process changes across the multi-vendor environment, including delivery of ongoing training and development activities.

  • Supporting business objectives, you will work closely with other departments to understand their problem needs and help them to achieve their business objectives through effective problem management.

  • Review all process improvement suggestions, including analysis of operational impact on customer, suppliers, and internal delivery, and provide recommendation of solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as library science, information science, or business administration.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex data.

  • Strong understanding of Problem Management fundamentals and best practice.

  • Experience with data management and information systems.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of Agile development, ITIL and service management methodologies.

  • A self-starter proactively identifying potential issues that aren't readily apparent and effectively manage multiple projects/action items.
