The Opportunity

The Salesforce Data Administrator will provide back office support in the area of contract creation, asset loading and quote request generation. The main focus of this role is to ensure that the tools reflect customer entitlements accurately and timely. Work interaction will generally take place via online meetings, telephone, email, and while travel will be very infrequent, could also include face to face meetings.

Your Role

  • Respond to queries, create contracts, upload covered assets and set up opportunities within the CRM system in a timely manner;

  • Communicate entitlements to customers;

  • Research and respond timely to enquiries regarding customer entitlements;

  • Interface with internal groups such as Regional Sales Account Managers, Accounts Receivable and Customer Support to resolve customer issues;

  • Participate in ad-hoc special projects as required.

    What you Have to Offer


  • At least 3 -5 years’ work experience using CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems

  • Experience within the Broadcast industry will be desirable


  • Willingness to work odd/shift hours if required

  • Microsoft office suite with advanced skills in Excel required

  • Exceptional communication skills and organizational abilities

  • Ability to be resourceful, build rapport, influence and collaborate with internal departments

  • Able to work independently with minimal direction but also able to engage in peer reviews and to make team decisions

  • Detail oriented and quality driven with the ability to multi-task

  • Flexible in responding to changing demands
