Duties:
Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant
• Providing administrative support to the VP of Commercial Properties
• Performing data entry
• Completing paperwork
• Creating brochures
Property Management Administrative Assistant
• Providing administrative support to the VP of Property Management
• Scheduling and answering telephones
• Communicating with vendors
• Performing data entry
Requirements:
• Previous administrative assistant & customer service experience
• Data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Commercial real estate leasing experience preferred
