TheManual Machinistjob inBangor, Maineis responsible for operating manual machine tools to repair, machine and or replace existing parts on large electrical motors Youll have a solid understanding of how to work well collectively and independently, while adhering to the highest level of safety. This is a full time, 1st shift position.
Manual Machinist Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to read a ruler, and measurements including mikes
Abiltiy to make your own prints for parts, by using hand tools and measuring tools
Solid skills regarding lathe, grind machines, boring mill and other equipment
Complete onside jobs and off site jobs
Must be able to sort, clean and organize parts as well as maintain machines
Required Skills:
5+ Years of Manual Machinist experience required
Degree highly preferred
Manual Machinist Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift
Pay Rate: \$25+/DOE
Start Date: ASAP
