TheCustomer Service Representativejob inTrenton,Maineis responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, data entry, taking and placing customer orders and tracking orders. Youll have a solid understanding of how to effectively adhere to a standard that truly sets the customer service tone, all while enjoying a solid workspace. This is a full time, 1st shift position.
Patient Service Representative Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Computer savvy
Clean casual dress code
Ability to sit for long periods of time, in warm or cold environments
Computer proficiency with strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to multitask, especially during high volume work times
Must have solid work history, and the eagerness to work
Required Skills:
- 1 year of customer service experience and solid computer skills
Patient Service Representative Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Pay Rate: \$18/hr
Start Date: ASAP
