Job Description
We are in search of a Senior Sales Engineer for our complete portfolio of Industrial Refrigeration products in Thailand. The candidate will report to the Climate Solutions Head.
Areas of Responsibilities
We see F&B as an area with high growth potential. From a sales point of view, the Sales Engineer has the following key priorities:
Develop sales growth via partners, contractors, OEMs and end users creating push and pull
Manage and follow through on strategic opportunities via partnerships
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Ensuring consistent and sustainable high growth with a strong and healthy pipeline
Manage partners pricing, pipeline and development and proactively avoid conflicts
Drive for continued improvement in customer satisfaction
Establish a sales budget for assigned clients
Defining, developing and implementing country growth plans for industrial refrigeration
Meet sales targets and continuouslygrow market shares. Quote, negotiate and close sales deals/orders and projects
Lead strategic customer meetings including quarterly review meetings with partners and key customers
Active participation in marketing activities (i.e. exhibitions, surveys , seminar, etc.)

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Business or Engineering degree, with proven experience in sales and marketing and business development within Industrial Refrigeration
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related role, especially project sales’ background
Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration engineering
Knowledge of refrigerant market and Industrial Refrigeration applications
Ambitious and with a strong sense of urgency, self-starter
Proven track record in driving initiatives, results and engagement via others
Structured and transparent approach with CRM at the core – Danfoss uses SalesForce
Entrepreneur mindset with high level of energy and confidence and strong appetite for challenges and winning
Strong personal resilience, highly motivated and a team player with a strong personal drive
Ability to work with international teams in a global matrix organization
