JOB OVERVIEW

As Media Specialist, the successful candidate’s primary responsibility is to ensure systematic implementation of P&G internal and external processes and policies throughout the media planning and buying cycle. You will be taking care of external partners (Media Agency and Media Partners) and collaborating with internal business functions to ensure daily smooth media operations. In addition, the successful candidate is also encouraged to ensure campaigns debut as planned with 100% controls compliance, track performance systematically and help ensure delivery of important metrics per campaign.

Key expectations

  • Manage day-to-day media operations requirements including, but not limited to,

  • Validating request for media purchase order via cross-checking with brand media plans.

  • Facilitating purchase order request prior to start of service/implementation.

  • Receiving, matching, and tracking and follow through of media invoices within the set timeline to ensure P&G’s timely payment to suppliers.

  • Design and recommend, controls improvement, systems, and process innovations to enable the brand partners efficiently track media transactions against annual budget.

  • Monitor media agency and partner executions via available media tools and ocular checks to ensure adherence to media placement contract agreements and stipulations.

  • Track offline and online campaigns and identify/recommend in an agile and systematic manner opportunities and interventions to deliver critical metrics efficiently.

  • Provide a systematized consumer pulsing and trend-spotting in partnership with partners agencies and publishers that will enable the brand to develop consumer connection ideas specially in the digital world.

  • Facilitate logistic requirements for internal and external media sessions.

Job Qualifications

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 6 -12 years work experience is preferred.

  • Effective written and interpersonal skills (English and Thai).

  • Ability to work well independently and within a multi-function team.

  • Problem identification and solving abilities.

  • Proactive behavior.

  • Software, Equipment and Tools: Microsoft Office Package, adept at EXCEL

  • Project Management with attention to detail
