Unilever Finance Business Partner – Ice Cream in Bangkok, Thailand
The role is based in Thailand and will be play integral role in steering the Business Unit business performance forward. This includes defining the right strategies for the business; managing business cases to support decisions; leading monthly forecast and performance analysis. The goal is to support and advise the business partner to deliver consistent, competitive, profitable, and responsible growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Business Partnering
Monthly performance review with country BU leadership team to drive business to target delivery.
Assess Topline and Bottomline risk objectively and navigate the business to deliver gap closure plan.
Provide objective and unbiased view of the performance and challenge for step-up
Drive dynamic resource allocation within the business to ensure target delivery.
ROI evaluation to ensure investment are aligned with business objective.
Proactively monitor market movement and business competitiveness as well as develop pricing framework to ensure business competitiveness in line with strategic price index.
Strategic Planning
Partner country BU leadership team to develop in-year and long-term strategic roadmap with robust financial assumptions and modelling.
Lead the Annual Planning (AP)/ Internal Operating Plan (IOP) for the BU through close partnership with cross functional team.
Operationalize the BU’s target framework (yearly & half yearly) into trackable milestone.
S&OP
Lead country S&OP process to ensure robustness in P&L development and reliable forecast.
Monthly forecasting to be done, reflecting latest business development and product launches
Analyse P&L Actuals and Forecast, preparing reports and providing insights based on data
Proactive liaise with country lead and FET to identify risk and opportunity for a robust S&OP discussion.
Business Modelling/ Business Case
Partner BU team to ensure robustness in business case development as well as post launch evaluation.
Proactive in scouting for new source of growth and translate these opportunities into business cases or modelling to evaluate its profitability.
Others/ Projects
Lead/ support various regional projects/ initiatives, including F4G, ZBB, and NRM.
Support in preparing certain reports and submissions as required.

Qualifications:
Professional finance qualification equivalent.
Experience with the identification of risks and opportunities in the P&L
Experience in analytical projects and excel modelling.
Proven experience in presenting to and communicating to senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
Experience of working in multi-national teams and/or a virtual team environment would be an advantage.
